More Hot yoga

So good thing I'm not that sore from wednesday's hot yoga because I'm doing it again today!  But I totally feel it in my abs yayy! I only lost 1.4lbs so far but whatever it's only been 2 days. Hoping today I can lose half of a pound, we shall seeeeeeee. Let's review calories from yesterday....

Oatmeal 210 cals
1 jameson shot 70 cals
chicken pieces? ? (It was the only thing at work :/ I was gonna pass out!) maybeee? 500 at the MOST.
honey mustard 100 at MOST!

ESTIMATED TOTAL....  880 cals.

at least I def stayed under 1,000 yay! and I left purposely when they brought in the pizza.

I'm about to go make my oatmeal now...

less blogging = more weight

UGH I'm so mad at myself. I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with if you fall you have to pick yourself back up. Problem is I fell... hard. So this is what I'm doing... picking myself back up. I am at the all time low... rock bottom... the heaviest I have ever been. One thing is for sure, I am determined. My clothes don't fit that is a giant reality check. I'm in a wedding in september and I don't fit in the size 2 dress I was fitted for in december, ( this is my motivation). Blogging really REALLY HELPS me stay on track. It really does keep me honest with myself. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and go from there. I just don't understand how all of this weight was put back on. FML. I went to hot yoga today. INTENSE. I have a date with a pretty hot guy on friday, nothing to wear. I'm just ranting right now but it's helping me get my thoughts straight. I just watched a bunch of before and after weight loss videos on youtube, very inspiring. Taylor swift's videos make me just want to never eat again. she is soo hot and gorgeous and the guy from the back to december video I would just rape him. I'm going to take a 20 mg adderall tomorrow and see where that takes me... I will weigh myself first thing naked after I pee and use that as my starting weight. I'm going to guess I'm at 145 which would be my highest. I'm going to restrict my calories to 800- 1200 a day and NEVER GO OVER. hopefully I'll get lots of workouts in. Writing everything down is key. It really keeps me in check. I think I'll get a new "food diary" tomorrow. something small I can take with me. I like the lose it app but theres somthing about writing it down which just helps me more. blogging first thing tomorrow. sleep tight xoxo

HI HIIIIIIIIIIII

So just got home from a date on the UES with an ex. wowwwwww He's so hot. what is my problem? I just don't like him in a sexual way, wish I did :(. We got some amazingggg sushi, and great drinks, thank god I worked out at the gym today!!! BTW I'm a little tipsy.... food diary as follows...

I need blogging back in my life

Hey everyone. So I really need you guys to support me, haven't been doing great at all, went through a mini depression during january and february. Today I did A LOT of thinking and I realized I really need to get my life organized and get back to the gym and eating healthy again. I really don't want to weigh myself because I already know that I am fat. Today I realized that I am ready to commit and that's how I know that I am going to get to my goal. Went to the gym and I feel great burned over 800 calories and can't wait to go again tomorrow! I walked to and from my friends apartment 45 min each way. One of my goals this week is to post a blog everyday with my workouts and food diary. GOTTA KEEP ON TRACKKKK! xoxo

back on my grindddd

sup guys sooo new year new me. spending this time working on myself. oh that's right I'm doing me. only ate a lean cuisine. 290 calories... I don't want to eat much more. we will see. hopefully get a work out in too. oh btw i gained weight. fml.  135 lbs exactly. but i plan on dropping 10 lbs super quick!
