I've gotten down from 118lbs to about 110lbs in 2 weeks, from about 500 - 800 calories a day and exercise <3 CUT OUT ALL FATTY FOODS. 100 calories of veg is always better than 100 calories of chocolate <3
for every 3600 calories that you deficit (that you burn more than you eat) you lose a lb. so if you eat 100 cals a day, burn 1600 by just existing you burn 3000 every 2 days. so that gives you an idea. cardio is your best bet. and heavy restricting. hope that helps! xoxo
