So good thing I'm not that sore from wednesday's hot yoga because I'm doing it again today! But I totally feel it in my abs yayy! I only lost 1.4lbs so far but whatever it's only been 2 days. Hoping today I can lose half of a pound, we shall seeeeeeee. Let's review calories from yesterday....

at least I def stayed under 1,000 yay! and I left purposely when they brought in the pizza.
