I need blogging back in my life

Hey everyone. So I really need you guys to support me, haven't been doing great at all, went through a mini depression during january and february. Today I did A LOT of thinking and I realized I really need to get my life organized and get back to the gym and eating healthy again. I really don't want to weigh myself because I already know that I am fat. Today I realized that I am ready to commit and that's how I know that I am going to get to my goal. Went to the gym and I feel great burned over 800 calories and can't wait to go again tomorrow! I walked to and from my friends apartment 45 min each way. One of my goals this week is to post a blog everyday with my workouts and food diary. GOTTA KEEP ON TRACKKKK! xoxo

Breakfast: high fiber oatmeal 160 calories

                 clementine               35 calories
Lunch:      minestrone soup    200 calories
                 honeybell                 47 calories
Snacks:     rice cake                  60 calories
                 dried mango             50 calories

TOTAL:                                 612 calories

Burned                                    800 calories
