hey guys soooo I decided since I don't have enough SELF CONTROL on my own I need a little boost. I don't know if any of you ever heard of this stuff but it's supposed to be great! (let me know if you ever tried it) One of my good friends started taking it and lost 20 lbs over summer! Completely going to kill my appetite! I just took one before breakfast. About to eat my oatmeal and take my vitamins. Since I gained SO MUCH I'm going to take the rest of the week lightly. I'm only going to eat my high fiber oatmeal (160 calories) and then a chicken salad (about 300 calories). Definitely going to hit the elliptical after class for an hour.... Then I have to write a six page sociology paper due tomorrow morning ugh!
IF ANYONE HAS ANY TIPS TO GIVE ME SELF CONTROL AT RESTAURANTS PLEASEEEEE COMMENT! GOING OUT WITH FRIENDS IS MY WEAKNESS!!!! ESPECIALLY MEXICAN!! BECAUSE THEY JUST PLACE THE CHIPS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!!!
I just purchased some oxyelite too! Im going to start taking it tomorrow! haha thats so weird so keep posting let me know how it goes!
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to restaurants try eating an apple before you go and force yourself to drink two glasses of water before you touch those chips! but to be honest you have to resist and stick to two chicken tacos at mexican restaurants. either that or when you order ask the waiter to box half of it before you even see your plate. its hard at first but once you get in the habit youll do good! stay thin girl!
Where did you purchase those from? I have a whole drawer of diet pills :/ Like thin_envy said, try to fill up on lite foods before going out. then that way you'll feel full by the time you get there. Or, say to your friends that you got sick the last time you went to that mexican place and cant even think about it without wanting to puke. I used to love bananas and would eat a whole bunch just to myself but since Ive learned how much fat is in them, I trained my brain to hate the taste and even smell of them. Look up the calories to the food that you love at restaurants and tell yourself that no food should have that amount of fat/carbs/calories or whatever. Stay strong and if you slip up, it's just a pothole on your road to perfection and tomorrow's another day to try harder.
ReplyDeleteI got the oxyelite from GNC. They have been working out pretty well so far!... They make me a little sweaty but I think I have been getting used to them. They even make me work out harder! Thanks for the tips I know tomorrow is a new day but guess what tomorrow is today and today is another day im going to do my best!!! xoxo
