Well, not exactly the gym... but the next best thing... I love Turbo Jam workouts! It's easy to do in a small space and you really work up a sweat! You can get these DVDs at beachbody.com.
I'm going to work out around 1:00, then shower and get ready for the day. I want to go for a long walk around the city to burn some extra calories, and stop at the grocery store to stock up on some healthy stuff before work!
