AND THE STARTING WEIGHT IS...

     Hey guys! So I woke up this morning around 10:00 am and got on the scale, 133.8. This means my goal is going to be to lose 13.8 pounds. Its going to take a lot of commitment but I can do it. I know some of you might think it's not a lot but I'm a small boned girl...  to me 13.8 lbs is HUGE. I'm disappointed in myself for eating and drinking so much yesterday. Even though I told myself over and over again to resist temptation. One of my best friends had a steak and wine party at her apartment. I ate heath bars, M&Ms, whoppers, pay day, chocolate chips, apple cake, cheese and crackers, chips and salsa, steak, corn, salad, and drank about 3 glasses of red wine. EW I didn't realize it was THAT much until I typed it out. The good news is I walked all the way home across Manhattan (about 45 min walk). So maybe i burned off a mini heath bar and a few chocolate chips.
