Adderall

So today I took an adderall to get me motivated... and I haven't really done much :( . But I haven't really ate much either.. for breakfast I had an egg on an english muffin with laughing cow cheese, with a cup of skim milk. I ate a banana for a snack, and 3 chocolates. I just ate a cup of grapes and about half of a wrap. I think I'm done for the day. I have been watching a lot of thinspiration videos on youtube... it's been keeping me from cleaning the apartment.

This morning I weighed myself... 131.2. I ate a granola bar for breakfast with 120 calories... I had half of an apple... 40 calories. I had turkey chili... 250. half of a roll... 50 calories. 1 cup of milk 80 calories... 3 fudge... 195. 735 total calories so far...

pro ana?

So I'm seriously considering resorting back to ana. The compliments my friends have been giving me only make me want to eat less. I still have 12.2 pounds left to lose!!! I am going to gradually eat less and less until I can finally fast. Living in new york city is probably the hardest place to lose weight. EVERYTHING INVOLVES FOOD! The past three nights I went out to bars with my friends where they ordered beer and lots of food (nachos, pizza, artichoke dip etc...), It was SO HARD not to eat everything... I had only 1 or two bites each night we went out. I constantly had to hear it from my friends making fun of me because I wouldnt drink or eat... but seriously EVERY CALORIE COUNTS!!

Calories for Day 4

Breakfast:
Dunkin dounuts veggie egg white flatbread
                                                                      330 calories


lunch: chicken wrap
270 calories

snack: 2 pieces of fudge

130 calories

total: 730 calories

Todays weight... 132.4
weight loss: 1.4 lbs

Recipe for 65 calorie fudge!!!

Hey guys so here is the recipe for the fudge I made only 65 calories a piece!!! ENJOY! 


Ingredients:
1 box of fudge brownies
2 cups of canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons of peanut butter


- mix in a bowl the brownie mix and the pumpkin... so it looks like this....

put mixture into a baking pan........

then spoon the peanut butter and swirl it on top... bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes! 
refrigerate for a few hours then cut them into 36 squares.... 
1 square = 65 calories

Day 3

I woke up today ready to weight myself and when I stepped on the scale it said 133.2... then the battery died of course... so I'm not too sure how accurate that is. So far today I ate... 


Breakfast:
1 Egg... 80 cals
1 light english muffin... 100 cals
1 laughing cow cheese wedge... 35 cals
3 pieces of my amazing fudge (I know 2 too many!) ...195 cals


Snacks:
1 cup of grapes... 62
1 macintosh apple... 80
1 piece of fudge :)... 65


Dinner:
1 chicken wrap .... 
including...
wrap... 60
chicken... 170
2 tbs light mayo... 70
1/5 tablespoon olive oil... 60
celery... 5

(395 total)




total: 1,012 calories

I HATE my scale

I woke up this morning feeling great!... until I got on the scale... 132.6... I knew that wasn't right... so once again I stepped on... 134.0... How could I gain weight??? I tried once more and 133.2... whatever. I ate my oatmeal and forgot to take my vitamins. I need to go grocery shopping so I'm trying to make a list right now, I'll keep you updated with what I got when I get back :)

Heres the tuna wrap I made for lunch under 300 calories!!

Day 1 TOTAL: 1,110 Calories

Vodka Soda (1.5 fl oz): 100 calories
day one is complete. At work I had that  chicken which I'm guessing is around 300 calories and also snuck a few sips of martinis... which could be around 50-100 extra calories (I wasn't being conscious). After work my roommate and I went out for a drink... it tasted pretty strong so I'm guessing there was about 1.5 shots in the drink. (65 calories per shot of vodka) Someone at the bar was having a birthday and offered us cake, yes I did try 2 bites. It was very light I would say about 40 calories worth. Tomorrow is another day! Another step! One step at a time! WEIGH IN IN THE AM!

9:30 Dinner

Grilled Chicken Paillard: 300

6:00 Snack

Snack: 190 calories
Yoplait Light: 110 calories
Macintosh apple: 80 calories

LUNCH @ ENERGY KITCHEN

Up in the gym just working on my fitness

Well, not exactly the gym... but the next best thing... I love Turbo Jam workouts! It's easy to do  in a small space and you really work up a sweat! You can get these DVDs at beachbody.com. 


I'm going to work out around 1:00, then shower and get ready for the day. I want to go for a long walk around the city to burn some extra calories, and stop at the grocery store to stock up on some healthy stuff before work!

First meal

Breakfast: 220 Calories
1 packet of oatmeal: 160 calories
2/3 cup of milk: 60 calories

AND THE STARTING WEIGHT IS...

     Hey guys! So I woke up this morning around 10:00 am and got on the scale, 133.8. This means my goal is going to be to lose 13.8 pounds. Its going to take a lot of commitment but I can do it. I know some of you might think it's not a lot but I'm a small boned girl...  to me 13.8 lbs is HUGE. I'm disappointed in myself for eating and drinking so much yesterday. Even though I told myself over and over again to resist temptation. One of my best friends had a steak and wine party at her apartment. I ate heath bars, M&Ms, whoppers, pay day, chocolate chips, apple cake, cheese and crackers, chips and salsa, steak, corn, salad, and drank about 3 glasses of red wine. EW I didn't realize it was THAT much until I typed it out. The good news is I walked all the way home across Manhattan (about 45 min walk). So maybe i burned off a mini heath bar and a few chocolate chips.

Waking up to a fresh start

Hey! So it's getting late, but first weigh in is first thing tomorrow morning!!! Tomorrow is DAY 1 of my new life style in order to reach my goal of 120lbs!
